儿童牙科畏惧症的原因及其诱发因素研究进展

大部分儿童对于牙科治疗没有足够的感性认识,再加上其疼痛的治疗体验,易引发儿童的牙科畏惧症。且严肃、封闭的治疗环境增加了患儿的恐惧心理,加重患儿内心负担;温馨的治疗环境给患儿带来愉悦的牙科治疗体验,促使患儿产生模仿认同作用。儿童气质类型、家庭教育方式、口腔卫生状况及其他因素均与儿童牙科畏惧症的发生密切相关。分析并总结儿童牙科恐惧症的原因及其相关诱发因素。

Most of children do not have enough perceptual knowledge about dental treatment, and its painful dental experience can easily lead to children＇s dental phobia. Moreover, serious and closed therapeutic environment greatly increases the fear of children, so as to increase their inner burden. While warm treatment of children brings pleasant environment dental treatment experience, to promote the child to produce the role of imitation. Studies have shown that children＇s temperament, family education, oral health status and other factors are closely related with the incidence of children＇s dental phobia.In this paper, the reasons for children＇s dental phobia and its related predisposing factors were analyzed.
