摘要
目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者接受营养护理的临床效果。方法根据2013年10月~2014年10月的60例糖尿病患者进行研究分析,将患者分为对照组和护理组,对照组使用常规护理,护理组在常规护理的基础上增加营养护理,对比两组的临床护理情况。结果护理组有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%;护理组满意度为100.00%,对照组为86.67%;两组患者的观察指标、护理满意度和护理有效率均存在统计学差异性(P〈0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者接受治疗和常规护理的基础上,增加营养护理能够更好的控制血糖,稳定患者的病情,改善肾功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nutritional nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Selected 60 patients with diabetes from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital, which were divided into the control group and the nursing group, the control group used conventional nursing, the nursing group in addition to conventional nursing care, compared with two groups of clinical nursing. Results The nursing group effective rate was 93.33%, the control group was 73.33%, the control group satisfication was 100%, the control group was 86.67%, there was difference statistically significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy, in addition to receiving treatment and conventional care, increase the nutritional care can better control blood sugar, stable patients' condition, improve renal function.
