个性化护理在小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Individual Nursing on Children Patients With Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infection

目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染应用个性化护理的效果,以丰富临床护理经验。方法选取2014年6月～2015年12月在我院收治的小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿98例,根据入院治疗顺序随机分成对照组与观察组,各49例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则使用个性化护理。经护理后,统计两组的护理效果以及不良反应发生情况,并进行对比。结果经护理后观察组的总体有效率优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染应用个性化护理效果显著,且不良反应发生情况较少。

Objective To investigate the effect of individual nursing on children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia infection,so as to enrich clinical nursing experience. Methods Selected 98 children patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to hospital treatment order, 49 cases in each group. The control group was received routine nursing care, while the observation group was received individual nursing care. After nursing, the statistics of the two groups of nursing effect and adverse reactions were compared. Results After nursing, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, P〈0.05, was difference statistically significance, the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group P〈0.05, was difference statistically significance. Conclusion The effect of individual nursing on children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia infection is remarkable, and the incidence of adverse reactions is less.
