探讨老年食管贲门癌的围术期护理措施及效果

To Explore the Nursing Measures and Effect of Elderly Esophagus Cardia Cancer Perioperative

目的探究老年食管贲门癌的围术期护理措施。方法选取我院收治的34例食管贲门癌老年患者,总结其围术期护理的具体措施,分析其护理满意度、并发症等情况。结果护理满意度高达91.17%(31/34);生存五年的患者达到16例,因此生存率高达47.06%(16/34)。结论给予术前、术中等围术期护理,并发症较少。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of elderly esophagus cardia cancer. Methods Selected our hospital 98 cases of elderly patients with carcinoma of esophagus cardiac, summarize the perioperative nursing measures, analysis of the nursing satisfaction, complications, and so on. Results Elderly patients for the nursing satisfaction as high as 91.84%（90/98）, 40 patients with survival of five years, so the survival rate was 40.82%（40/98）. Conclusion Preoperative, medium perioperative nursing, fewer complications.
