探讨肝性脑病患者的内科临床护理方法

目的探究肝性脑病患者的内科临床优质护理的方法。方法对28例于我院进行诊治的肝性脑病患者依照自身的临床症状及生命体征制定合理的护理计划,密切对患者进行观测并严格按照方式实施,观察护理效果。结果 28例肝性脑病的患者经过积极的治疗和精心的护理后,24例患者抢救成功,症状减轻,且成功出院。结论患有肝性脑病的患者应及早发现并医治,隔绝诱发因素,给予适当的护理措施,能够减少治愈时间,增加抢救成功率,改善预后效果。

Objective To explore the method of clinical quality nursing in the department of internal medicine of patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 28 cases in our hospital were diagnosis and treatment of patients with hepatic encephalopathy in accordance with its clinical symptoms and signs of life to develop reasonable nursing, close to patients were observed and in strict accordance with the implementation, the nursing effect was observed. Results 28 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy after active treatment and careful nursing, 24 patients were successfully rescued, the symptoms were significantly reduced, and have been successfully discharged. Conclusion In patients with hepatic encephalopathy patient if early detection and cure, isolation induced factors, given appropriate care measures, can reduce healing time, also can increase the rescue success rate, and can obviously improve the prognosis of patients.
