探讨高血压脑出血微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术的护理

To Investigate the Nursing of Minimally Invasive Intracranial Hematoma Puncture and Drainage for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的对高血压脑出血行微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术进行护理分析。方法对我院2015年1月～2015年12月收治的高血压脑出血行微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术的50位患者进行临床护理分析。结果 25例完全恢复并且能够独立生活;13例恢复部分生活能力,7例使用拐杖,5例卧床。结论正确的护理方法能够提高患者的生活质量,恢复患者的机体能力。

Objective To analysis the nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture and drainage. Methods Selected 50 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were treated with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture and drainage. Results 25 patients who recovered and were able to live independently, 13 patients who were able to recover some of the patients who were able to recover some of the patients, 7 patients who had awalking stick, 5 were in bed. Conclusion The correct nursing method can improve the patient＇s quality of life and restore the patient＇s body ability.
