护理风险管理在普外病区手术患者安全管理中的应用分析

Analysis Application of Nursing Risk Management in General Ward Surgery in Patients With the Safety Management

目的探讨护理风险管理在普外病区患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2015年3月～2015年5月收治的100例普外病区手术患者,按照先后住院顺序,将患者分为对照组与实验组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组则在对照组基础上加以护理风险管理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果两组护理满意度、护理质量评分相比,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;两组不良事件发生率、护士收到表扬信情况相比,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论护理风险管理在普外病区患者安全管理中的应用,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk management in the management of patient safety in general surgery ward. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases in general surgery ward patients in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2015, according to the sequential in hospital, patients were divided into two groups, control group and experimental group, each group had 50 cases, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group was in the control group based on the nursing risk management, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The two groups of nursing satisfaction, nursing quality score compared, P〈0.05, was difference statistically significance, the incidence of adverse events in the two groups, the nurses received a letter of praise, P〈0.05, was difference statistically significance. Conclusion Application of nursing risk management in surgical ward management of patient safety in effect is significant.
