Clinical Nursing of Hemorrhagic Fever With Renal Syndrome

目的探讨肾综合征出血热患者临床护理要点。方法选取2014年1月～2015年5月我院收治的肾综合征出血热患者40例临床护理方法资料进行分析。结果所有患者临床治疗及护理,无并发症发生,均能配合治疗及护理,取得良好的康复效果。结论做好一般护理、注意病情观察,配合治疗与护理,使患者体温降至正常,能够保持良好的组织灌注,表现为血压正常,脉搏有力,尿量正常。患者能讲述减轻焦虑程度的方法,情绪稳定,积极配合各种治疗。不发生出血或出血症状得到及时控制。急性肾功能衰竭的病程缩短,尿毒症症状减轻。

Objective To investigate the clinical care of patients hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome points. Methods Selected 40 with hemorrhagic fever with renal nursing of clinical data cases from January 2014 to May 2015 were analyzed syndrome. Results All clinical treatment and care of patients, no complications, can cooperate with the treatment and care, and achieved good effect of rehabilitation. Conclusion Good general care, attention to observe the condition, with treatment and care, the patient body temperature returned to normal. Patients maintain good tissue perfusion, showed normal blood pressure, pulse strong, normal urine. Patients can reduce anxiety about the extent of the method, emotional stability, and actively cooperate with all kinds of treatment. No bleeding or bleeding timely control. Acute renal failure in the course shortened, uremia symptoms.
