摘要
目的研究应用质量管理工具到难免型压疮管理当中的效果。方法选择2014年8月~2015年8月在本院接受治疗难免型压疮高危患者30例展开回顾分析,提出预防和治疗难免性压疮对应策略。结果对难免型压疮患者应用质量管理工具前后的压疮发生率进行对比,其差异性存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对难免型压疮高危人群采取质量管理工具,能够减少难免型压疮出现几率,实现护理质量和安全的同时改进,是目前预防该类压疮发生最佳举措。
Objective To study the effect of quality management tools in the management of the inevitable pressure ulcer. Methods Selected 30 cases of high risk patients from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital. At the same time, the corresponding strategies were put forward to prevent and treat. Results The quality management tool for the inevitable type of pressure sores in patients before and after the incidence of pressure sores, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The quality management tool for the high risk group of the inevitable type of pressure ulcer can significantly reduce the risk of inevitable type of pressure sores, realize the quality and safety of nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
