分级心理干预在冠心病PCI患者围术期的应用研究

目的探讨分级心理干预在冠状动脉支架植入术（PCI）患者围术期的应用效果与价值。方法选取2014年4月～2015年4月于我院进行冠心病PCI手术治疗的患者108例,对所有患者在其围手术期间采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行评估,针对评估结果给予个性化、分级心理干预,7 d后再进行复测,对比干预前后效果。结果本次研究中108例患者,焦虑标准分≥45分为有焦虑症状,有51例患者,占47.22%;抑郁标准分≥50分为有抑郁症状,有56例患者,占51.85%;同时存在焦虑症状和抑郁症状的患者共有47例,占43.52%;干预后患者的焦虑和抑郁总评分明显低于干预前,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于冠心病PCI患者在其围手术期间应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对患者心理状况进行分级,护理人员针对性不同级别心理状态进行个性化、分级心理干预,消除患者存在的负面情绪,提高手术接受能力,提高冠心病治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect and value of grading psychological intervention in patients with coronary stenting（PCI）. Methods Selected 108 patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI from April 2015 to April 2014 in our hospital. The results were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale. The results were compared with 7 days before and after treatment. Results 108 patients, anxiety score more than 45 points with anxiety symptoms, 51 patients, accounted for 47.22%, more than 50 standard depression divided into depressive symptoms, 56 patients, accounting for 51.85%, at the same time anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients with a total of 47 cases, accounting for 43.52%, after the intervention of anxiety and depression in patients with total score was significantly lower than that before the intervention, there was statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease PCI patients in their perioperative period, self rating anxiety scale, self rating depression scale, the psychological status of patients with different levels of personality, psychological intervention, eliminate the negative emotions of patients, improve the operation ability, improve the treatment effect of coronary heart disease.
