摘要
目的探究护理质量管理中实施品管圈活动的效果。方法择取我院30个临床科室作为本次的研究对象,按照数字随机法进行分组,共分为常规组与实验组两组,每组分别有15个临床科室。常规组与实验组科室分别采取传统管理方法和品管圈管理方法进行护理质量管理,比较两组的应用效果与工作满意度。结果常规组与实验组的管理总有效率分别为80.0%与100.0%,患者总满意度分别为73.3%与93.3%,比较两组的护理管理效果与护理满意度差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈管理方法应用于医院日常的护理管理工作中的效果显著,可有效调动医护人员的工作积极性,持续改善管理和服务质量水平,为医院创造更大的价值。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality management in the implementation of quality management circle activity. Methods Selected 30 clinical departments as the research object, according to the number of random grouping, were divided into normal group and experimental group two groups, each group has 15 clinical departments respectively. Normal group and exper imental group department respectively adopt traditional management methods and quality control methods for nursing quality management, compared the application effect of two groups and job satisfaction. Results Normal group and the management of the group total effective rate were 80.0% and 100.0%, patients with total satisfaction are 73.3% and 73.3% respectively, compared two groups of nursing management and nursing satisfaction with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Circle management method was applied to effect of hospital nursing daily management work, can effectively arouse the work enthusiasm of staff, continuously improve management level and service quality, to create greater value for the hospital.
