门诊输液护理管理质量问题分析及对应策略 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析门诊输液管理质量中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。方法回顾性总结分析2014年4月~2015年10月我院门诊输液护理管理中出现的问题,积极制定相应的对策。结果护理管理质量问题14例,其中操作不熟练4例(28.6%),服务态度不好7例(50%),消毒措施不到位3例(21.4%)。结论提高护理人员的自身素质,积极改善门诊输液管理质量,制定行之有效的管理措施,对于提升医院的护理水平,使医院健康发展具有重要的意义。 Objective To analysis the problems existing in the quality of outpatient infusion management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the problems in nursing management of outpatient infusion from April 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital. Results 14 cases of nursing management quality problems were found, of which 4 cases(28.6%) were not proficient in operation, 7 cases(50%) were not good service attitude, and 3 cases(21.4%) were not in place. Conclusion Improve the quality of nursing staff, and actively improve the quality of outpatient infusion management, to develop effective management measures, to enhance the level of hospital care, so that the healthy development of the hospital has an important significance.
