摘要
由于目前分布式电网中发电设备等级不同,且微网自身存在两个运行模式(即并网模式、孤岛模式),其故障电流会存在较大幅度的变化。因此,传统的固定电流继电器保护方案已不再适应新的环境,需要进行改进。提出了一种利用基于GOOSE(Generic Object-Oriented Substation Event)技术的通信模块对微网进行监控,并根据系统参数变化来更新继电器操作电流的微网保护系统。系统的设计使微网能够对其内部设备(如分布式电源等)的连接或断开等动态变化进行实时响应。采用OPNET仿真软件来验证其性能,结果显示,GOOSE通信模块符合微网保护方案的延时要求。
The fault currents in a micro-grid system vary substantially,as the existence of generators at different levels of the distribution system and two distinct operating modes,i. e. grid connected and islanded modes. Consequently,the traditional fixed current relay protection scheme,which has not adapted to the new environment,needs to be improved. This paper presents a micro-grid protection system which utilizes a communication module based on GOOSE( Generic Object-Oriented Substation Event) to monitor the micro-grid and update the operating current relays according to the changing of the parameters in system.The proposed system enabled the micro-grid to respond to dynamic changes such as connection or disconnection of the internal devices( such as Distributed Generations) in micro-grid in real time. It uses OPNET simulation software to verify the performance of the system,the results indicated,the GOOSE module meets the latency requirement of the proposed micro-grid protection scheme.
