摘要 为满足动车组客车车门系统对智能化和安全性的更高要求,研制了一种基于DSC与CPLD联合控制的新型塞拉门门控器,阐述了其整体结构和工作原理,介绍了其系统特点和软硬件实现。采用CPLD硬件逻辑电路实现对车门的可靠控制,设计了CAN、SCI等通讯接口,方便列车网络对车门系统进行实时监控。 To meet higher intelligent and security requirements of railway train door system,a new type of sliding plug door controller based on DSC( Digital Signal Controller) and CPLD combined control is developed. This paper introduces the overall structure,working principle,and realization of software and hardware of the sliding plug door controller. The door controller choose speed current feedback regulation scheme to drive the DC motor,through the transmission mechanism drive the sliding plug door,using hardware logic circuit to realize the reliable control of the car door, CAN, SCI and other communication interface are designed,which provides convenience for train network to conduce real-time monitoring of vehicle door system. The test shows the sliding plug door controller works stable,runs well,and it can better adapt to the current needs of high- speed train.
