基于SOA的卫生信息平台的研究设计

Design and research of health information platform based on SOA

由于医疗机构间信息标准的不统一,造成数据传输不能按需实现,针对异构系统间数据的交换和共享问题,提出了建立基于SOA卫生信息平台的方案。该方案将系统的各个功能块统称为服务,不同服务间通过统一的标准和接口实现通信,并且方案采用企业服务总线,利用接口适配器将各异构系统接入卫生信息平台,实现了区域卫生的信息集成。同时,系统间数据存储采用XML标准,XML的数据结构具有独立性,不受平台及语言等的限制,是书写电子病历的最优选择。基于以上的平台和标准最终实现了医疗机构间的数据共享。

Due to the inter-agency information standards are not uniform,resulting in data transmission can not be achieved on demand,aiming at exchange and sharing problem of data between heterogeneous systems,it proposed the establishment of health information solutions platform based on SOA. It defines various functional modules of the application as services, and communicates through well-defined interfaces and contracts between different services. The program choices the enterprise service bus,and inserts various heterogeneous systems to enterprise service bus by using the interface adapter,to achieve an integrated regional health information. Meanwhile,the inter-system data is stored using the XML standard,XML data structure is independent of design platform,suppliers,and programming languages,and it is the best choice to describe electronic medical records. Based on the above platforms and standards,the health information platform ultimately realized the data sharing among the medical institutions.
