环保型水性可喷涂减振材料在车身上的应用

摘要 目前车身地板上在用的减振材料多为沥青片,该材料减振降噪性能欠佳,并且会污染环境。该文结合自主开发环保型水性可喷涂减振材料(LASD)的实践经验,总结了LASD的相关技术优势,阐述了LASD在材料开发、喷涂设计、试验认证方面的开发和应用要求。相比传统沥青减振片,LASD具有轻量化、环保、高减振降噪性能及自动化喷涂等显著优势,可为同类型材料的开发和认证提供相关指导。为车身地板上减振材料的设计和应用指出了一个新的发展方向。 The damper material used in body floor is mostly asphalt, the vibration anti noise reduction performance of asphalt is poor, and asphalt could pollute the environment. This paper summarizes the advantages of Liquid Applied Sound Damper (LASD) combined with the practical experience of self-developed environment friendly LASD, and it also describes the requirements of LASD in material development, painting design and test approval. LASD has the outstanding performance in light weight, environment protection, vibration and noise reduction compared with the traditional asphalt, LASD also provides some reference on the same type material development and approval. LASD directs a new development trend on the design and application of vehicle body floor vibration reduction.
