晒红烟发育及成熟过程中部分酶及激素变化规律的研究

摘要 研究了吉林晒红烟发育及成熟过程中转化酶、淀粉酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性及内源激素含量的变化规律。结果表明:在晒红烟发育及成熟过程中,中、上部叶的转化酶活性呈现"下降-升高-下降"的趋势,均在M3时达较高水平;淀粉酶活性表现出先升后降的趋势,在M3时达最高水平;谷氨酰胺合成酶活性呈双峰曲线变化趋势,第二个峰值均出现在M3时;随着叶片成熟,IAA、GA3及ZR含量逐渐下降,均在M3时达最低值,而ABA含量逐渐上升,在M3时达最高值。 The change rule of activities of invertase,amylase,glutamine synthetase and hormone during development and maturity process in dark sun- cured tobacco were studied. Results showed that the activity of invertase of the middle and upper leaves in dark sun-cured tobacco existed the rule of decreased initially and then increased and decreased finally during development and maturity process,which were all highest in M3; Amylase activity existed the rule of increased initially and then decreased,the changes of amylase reached its peak in M3; activity of glutamine synthetase were all manifested as bimodal curve,and the second peak was in M3; The content of IAA,GA3 and ZR were decreased with the mature leaves and the changes of them reached its peak in M3,but ABA was increased with the mature leaves and it was also reached the highest in M3.
