Exploration and Practice on the Improvement of Students' Abilities in Communication and Information Higher Vocational Colleges: A Case Study on Shaanxi Post and Telecommunication College

高职院校学生职业能力培养的效果,直接关系到学生的就业及可持续性发展。本文在该领域现有研究成果的基础上,指出专业能力培养存在的若干问题,并以陕西邮电职业技术学院为例,论述了在提升学生能力方面的探索和实践,阐明对学生职业能力培养的机制和途径。

The cultivation effect of the occupational ability of higher vocational college students directly concerns their employment and sustainable development. Based on the existing research results in the field, this paper points out the problems existing in professional ability cultivation, and with Shaanxi Post and Telecommunication College as an example, elaborates the exploration and practice on the improvement of students＇ abilities,and elucidates the mechanism and ways of cultivating students＇ occupational ability.
