《爸爸去哪儿》第一季对小学班主任与学生相处的启示

近期,亲子娱乐节目《爸爸去哪儿》第一季在湖南卫视热播,掀起了家庭教育的热议。笔者通过长时间的思考,发现这类节目所传递的声音可以运用到小学教学管理中,比如对小学班主任与孩子们的友好相处就有着积极的影响。下面笔者把这两方面结合起来,结合自己的教学经验谈谈怎样从此节目中找到和小学班主任与学生相处这方面的契合点,以促进小学班主任工作的开展和师生关系的发展。

The first season of ＂Where are We Going, Dad？＂, a Chinese reality TV show broadcast on Hu＇nan Television, has sparked an intense debate on family education. After thinking for a long time, the authors find that this kind of show unleashes messages that can be applied to teaching management in the elementary school. For example, it can inspire head teachers on how to get along well with their students. In this paper, the authors will go into detail about what lessons can be taken from such a TV show and help the head teachers develop good relations with their students.
