Fourth Generation Evaluation has provided a brand new idea and method for the field of evaluation. Paying attention to stakeholders and advocating value pluralism, it proposed the constructivist methodology based on ＂response, consultation and co-construction＂, inspiring that stakeholders should be emphasized in teaching evaluation on Chinese college teachers and qualitative evaluation on teachers＇ teaching should be stressed based on enriching the relevant ideas of evaluation.
