摘要 目的:探讨大学生体育运动状况及运动方式对身体自我概念的影响。方法:选取新乡、郑州的256名大学生,采用自编运动情况调查表、身体自我描述问卷(简版)进行统一施测。结果:无运动习惯者占58.6%,参与运动者仅占41.4%;有、无运动习惯的被试的身体自我概念存在显著差异;不同运动项目、不同运动时间的被试的身体自我概念均存在显著差异。结论:大学生体育运动情况不容乐观;体育运动者的身体自我概念高,且不同运动项目、不同运动时间对身体自我概念也有影响,具体为素质类>篮足类>健美类,中等时间、短时间>长时间。 Objective: To study the relationship between college students' exercise modes and physical self-concept. Methods:256 undergraduate students completed the questionnaire of daily exercise investigation and physical self-description questionnaire. Results: 58.6% of students had no habit of exercise, while only 41.4% subjects had exercises. There were significant differences in the physical self-concept between students who had and had no habit of physical exercises. There were significant differences in exercise items and exercise time. Conclusions: Few college students take part in exercise; students who have the habit of exercise have a higher level of physical self-concept; students who choice slow jogging have the highest level of physical self-concept; students with long and short sport time have the highest level of physical self-concept.
