摘要 "以档补档"是干部人事档案补充缺失材料的最常用方法之一,它以真实可靠性高、作证性强著称;同时它也存在一定的缺陷,它违背了档案的原始记录性,为档案造假提供了空间,而且在实施过程中耗费大量人力物力财力。针对这些问题,干部人事档案相关部门应提高档案意识,加强对干部人事档案的管理,争取从源头上保证干部人事档案的完整性。 The way of supplying the original files by similar files is commonly used in personnel files management. It is famous for its higher authenticity and reliability. But it also has some disadvantages that it goes against the nature of original records in personnel files management, it provides spaces for forged files, and also it wastes a lot of manpower and material resources and financial resources. So the related departments should raise awareness and strengthen personnel files management to guarantee the integrity of personnel files.
