摘要
为提高煤层气钻采设备的技术水平,满足煤层气开发需求,研发了MZJ-90Y型煤层气斜井钻机。攻克的关键技术包括倾斜井架、上提下压系统、动力头系统、夹持装置、转矩钳、钻具输送装置、负载敏感控制等技术。钻机具有钻进速度快、占地面积小、操作简单、安全性能高等突出优点,能够满足煤层气不同井型的钻井工艺需求。现场试验结果表明,钻机的功能和参数达到设计要求,试验效果良好。
In order to improve coal-bed methane mining equipment technology level,to meet the needs of the development of coal-bed methane,the MZJ-90 Y CBM slant drilling rigs are researched and developed.Overcoming the key technologies including:inclined derrick technology,lift and push technology,top drive system,gripping device,torque wrench,drill pipe conveying device,load sensitive control system etc.The drilling machine has the advantages of high speed,small size,simple operation and high safety performance,to meet the needs of different types of drilling process of coal-bed methane.Field test results show that the function and parameters of the drilling rig can meet the design requirements and the test results are good.
