中高职护理专业课程体系体外衔接的思考

Thinking on in Vitro Cohesion of Curriculum System of Nursing Specialty in Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

面对如今中高职护理专业课程体系各自为战的现实,凸显出中高职教育衔接的无序性,要打破这种现状,做好中高职护理专业人才培养的体外衔接,首先要认识到中高职教育在能力培养上的定位。中职阶段要围绕基础理论知识和基本实践能力的培养,高职阶段围绕专业核心技术和创新实践能力的培养,既要分清中高职教育在人才培养上的不同,也要切合实际对中高职教育进行有机整合,既要让学生既能在中职学校学有所用,又要为学生进入高职打好基础。因此提出中高职课程体系体外衔接几点思考,让中高职护理专业课程体外衔接更加有序和合理。

Facing the reality now in secondary and higher vocational nursing specialty course system, it highlights disorder in the vo-cational education. In order to break the status quo, we must do a good job in higher vocational nursing specialty personnel training in vitro cohesion. First of all, we must realize the orientation of the secondary and higher vocational education in ability training. In the secondary vocational school, the training of basic theory and practice ability should be based on the secondary vocational school,and the higher vocational school＇s core is technology and the cultivation of innovation ability. To distinguish the difference of sec-ondary and higher vocational education on the talent training, we should also be realistic of the organic integration of vocational edu-cation. To let the students can study in secondary vocational school, but also lay a good foundation for students to enter higher voca-tional. Therefore we put forward some thoughts on secondary and higher vocational curriculum system in vitro cohesion to make in the secondary and higher vocational school nursing specialty courses in vitro cohesion more orderly and more reasonable.
