临床多站式考核在中西医结合内科专业研究生毕业考评中的应用体会 被引量:4

摘要 随着研究生培养工作要求的逐步提高,使临床综合能力的培养和强化,成为培育高素质临床医学人才的关键所在。目前,我国中医系统对于临床研究生的综合临床技能考核大多采用的是传统的床边考核方法,但此种方法存在一定的弊端和局限性。基于此种现状,我们对中西医结合内科专业研究生毕业考评中采用多站式考核方法,对考核结果进行分析、评价,研究结果显示临床多站式考核存在可行性,并且相对传统方法存在明显优势。对今后中医院校学生步入实际临床工作、参加执业医师等相关考试大有益处,值得进一步推广与研究。 With the gradual improvement of the work of graduate student training requirements, the cultivation of clinical compre-hensive ability and strengthen becomes the key to cultivate high-quality talents in the field of clinical medicine. At present, the sys-tem of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical graduate students comprehensive clinical skills examination bed mostly use is the traditional assessment methods, but this method has certain drawbacks and limitations. Based on this situation, we used the combi-nation of TCM and Western medicine medical professional graduate evaluation more standing type evaluation methods, analyzed the results of the appraisal and evaluation. The results indicated the feasibility of clinical assessment of multiple-station type and relative to traditional method has obvious advantages. For Chinese medicine colleges and universities students entering actual clinical work in the future, and taking good medical practitioners and relevant test, it is very beneficial, and is worthy of further promotion and research.
