舌体分区多针点刺配合言语训练治疗脑卒中后运动性构音障碍30例

The Tongue Body Partition Multi-needle Swift Pricking Blood Therapy combined with Speech Training in the Treatment of Post Stroke Motility Dysarthria for 30 Cases

目的观察舌体分区多针点刺配合言语训练治疗脑卒中后运动性构音障碍的临床疗效。方法将60例脑卒中后运动性构音障碍的患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组应用舌体分区多针点刺配合言语训练的方法进行治疗,对照组仅进行言语训练,疗程为4周,分别在治疗前后用Frenchay构音障碍评定法评估。结果观察组和对照组均对患者的言语功能有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组总有效率达90.00%,对照组总有效率达76.67%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论舌体分区多针点刺配合言语训练治疗脑卒中后运动性构音障碍疗效肯定,可明显改善患者的言语功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the tongue body partition multi-needle swift pricking blood therapy combined with speech training in the treatment of post stroke motility dysarthria. Methods 60 cases of patients with post stroke motility dysarthria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 30 cases. The observation group used the tongue body partition multi-needle swift pricking blood therapy combined with speech. The control group only used speech train-ing. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, it was evaluated by Frenchay dysarthria evaluation method.Results The speech function of the observation group and the control group were improved significantly（ P 〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% which was better than 76.67% of the control group（P 〈0.05）, and there was statistical significance. Conclusion The tongue body partition multi-needle swift pricking blood therapy combined with speech training in the treatment of post stroke motility dysarthria has definite effect, and can significantly improve the patient ＇s speech function.
