丹红注射液联合长春西汀注射液治疗脑梗死54例

Danhong Injection combined with Vinpocetine Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction for 54 Cases

目的分析丹红注射液联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法回顾性分析在本院收治的98例急性脑梗死患者临床资料,按治疗所用方法分两组,对照组44例单用长春西汀治疗,观察组54例在其基础上加用丹红注射液治疗,比较两组疗效与NIHSS评分。结果观察组治疗后总有效率92.6%比对照组75.0%高,两组相比较χ2=5.79,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组治疗第1、2周后NIHSS评分均比对照组低,两组患者治疗后相比较t值分别为4.31、4.97差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的疗效显著,可提高临床疗效,且提高患者神经功能,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of Danhong injection combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarc-tion. Methods Clinical data of 98 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were retrospectively studied. They were divided into two groups according to the treatment. The control group of 44 used routine vinpocetine treatment. Based on the control group, the observation group of 54 cases used Danhong injection. The curative effect and NIHSS score of the two groups were com-pared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.6 % which was higher than 75.0% of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference, χ2=5.79,（P 〈0.05）. After treatment of one week and two weeks, NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of control group, respectively, and there was statistically significant difference, t=4.31, 4.97,（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant curative effect, can improve the clinical curative effect and neural function, and promote patients ＇ recovery.
