参苓白术散合五苓散治疗耳胀耳闭30例

Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Wuling Powder in the Treatment of Ear Swelling and Ear Closed for 30 Cases

目的观察参苓白术散合五苓散加减治疗耳胀耳闭的临床疗效。方法选择2008年6月一2014年6月耳胀耳闭患者60例69耳,其中治疗组30例(34耳)采用参苓白术散合五苓散加减治疗,每日1剂,15天1个疗程,连服2个疗程;对照组30例(35耳)鼓膜穿刺注射地塞米松针及糜蛋白酶针1 ml,口服吉诺通胶囊,10天一个疗程,同时服用地塞米松片,连服5天。结果治疗组治愈12例,好转14例,未愈4例,总有效率86.6%,明显高于对照组的总有效率70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现用药不良反应,随访半年均未复发。结论参苓白术散合五苓散加减治疗耳胀耳闭疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Wuling powder in the treat-ment of ear swelling and ear closed. Methods 60 cases（69 ears） of ear swelling and ear closed patients from June 2008 to June2014 were divided into two groups. The treatment group of 30 cases（34 ears） was given modified Shenling Baizhu powder com-bined with Wuling powder, daily 1 agent, 15 days was a course of treatment, and even served 2 courses. The control group of 30 cas-es（ 35 ears） was given tympanic membrane puncture injection of dexamethasone needle and chymotrypsin needle 1ml, oral Gelomyrtol forte, 10 days was a course of treatment, while taking dexamethasone tablets, and even served 5 days. Results In the treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 14 cases improved, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 86.6 % which was significantly higher than 70% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups, and patients were followed up for six months, and there was no recurrence. Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Wuling powder in the treatment of ear swelling and ear closed has obvious curative effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
