肛周神经末梢阻断剂合中药坐浴治疗肛周瘙痒症45例

Perianal Nerve Endings Blockers and Chinese Medicine Hip Bath in the Treatment of Perianal Pruritus for 45 Cases

目的观察肛周神经末梢阻断+中药坐浴治疗治疗肛周瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例;治疗组采用1%亚甲蓝1 ml+罗哌卡因注射液10 ml+曲安奈德注射液5 ml+0.9%氯化钠注射液4 ml混合液,点状+扇形肛周皮下注射治疗1次,之后中药坐浴每日一次,连用1周;对照组采用每次排大便后及睡前温水清洗肛周,外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏,每日2次,连用1周。结果治疗组总有效率91.1%,复发率4.9%;对照组总有效率82.2%,复发率29.7%。结论肛周神经末梢阻断治疗肛周瘙痒症疗效显著,复发率低,值得应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of perianal nerve endings blockers and Chinese medicine hip bath in the treat-ment of perianal pruritus. Methods Ninety patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group received perianal nerve endings blockers and Chinese medicine hip bath. The control group used hydro-cortisone butyrate ointment for external application. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was91.1% and 82.2%, respectively, the recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group was 4.9 % and 29.7%, respectively.Conclusion The perianal nerve endings blockers and Chinese medicine hip bath in the treatment of perianal pruritus has significant effect and low recurrence rate. It is worthy of promotion and application.
