降糖药联合天麦消渴片治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Hypoglycemic Agents combined with Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets in the Treatment of TypeⅡDiabetes

目的观察口服降糖药物治疗2型糖尿病失效后,联合天麦消渴片后的疗效。方法纳入符合条件的35例单用口服降糖药物血糖控制不理想的2型糖尿病患者,加用天麦消渴片口服,疗程12周,比较治疗前后各项指标。结果与治疗前相比,患者FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c、TG、TC均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论对单用口服降糖药物疗效不佳的患者加用天麦消渴片,可以达到进一步降低血糖的效果。

Objective To observe of curative effect of hypoglycemic agents combined with Tianmai Xiaoke tablets in the treatment of typeⅡdiabetes. Methods Screening 35 cases took oral hypoglycemic agents alone with no ideal blood sugar control in type Ⅱ diabetes, they were given additionally Tianmai Xiaoke tablets. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The changes of each index were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with those before treatment, patient＇s FPG, 2h PG, Hb A1 c, TG and TC all significantly decreased（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients took oral hypoglycemic agents alone with no ideal blood sugar control in typeⅡdiabetes, Tianmai Xiaoke tablets can further the effect of lowering blood sugar.
