健脾渗湿汤治疗胃食管反流病60例

Jianpi Shenshi Decoction in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease for 60 Cases

目的探讨健脾渗湿汤治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断的120例门诊患者随机分成对照组与治疗组各60例,两组均予以西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以健脾渗湿汤口服,两组均以2周为1疗程,观察两组治疗前后疗效评价、反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)积分。结果治疗组治愈26例,显著好转25例,好转6例,无效3例,有效率为95.00%;对照组治愈18例,显著好转20例,好转11例,无效11例,有效率为81.67%。两组对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾渗湿汤治疗胃食管反流病有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jian pi Shenshi decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 120 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 60 cases. The two groups were given conventional treatment of Western medicine. The treatment group took orally Jianpi Shenshi decoction on the basis of the control group. Two weeks was a course of treatment. The curative effect was evaluated, and reflux disease questionnaire integral was observed. Results In the treatment group, 26 cases were cured, 25 cases significantly improved, 6cases improved, 3 cases were ineffective, and the effect rate was 95%. In the control group, 18 cases were cured, 20 cases significantly improved, 11 cases improved, 11 cases were ineffective, and the effective was 81.67%, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi Shenshi decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has better effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
