中西医结合疗法对腹腔镜胆囊切除术预后的影响

Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine on Prognosis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的应用中西医结合方式对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者实施术后干预的临床效果进行研究。方法选择接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组44例。采用常规腹腔镜手术术后干预模式对对照组患者实施术后干预;采用中西医结合方式对观察组患者实施术后干预。结果观察组患者手术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、术后肛门排气功能恢复正常时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组;对腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后干预计划的满意度明显高于对照组;在手术后的恢复期内出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用中西医结合方式对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者实施术后干预的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the therapy of integrated medicine on prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 88 cases of patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 44 cases. The control group used conventional laparoscopic operation. Patients in the observation group were treated with therapy of integrated medicine. Results The bowel sounds recovery normal time, postoperative anal exhaust function recovery in normal time, out of bed time, postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was signif-icantly shorter than those of the control group. The peritoneoscope gallbladder resection intervention plan satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In the postoperative recovery period, the number of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of pa-tients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy is very obvious.
