摘要
目的研究并分析中西医结合治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果。方法选取2014年5月—2015年9月收治的102例病理性新生儿黄疸患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组51例。对照组患儿采用单纯的西医治疗,观察组患儿采用中西医结合治疗,观察并比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率为94.12%,对照组患儿的治疗有效率为66.67%,P<0.05;观察组患儿治疗过程中的不良反应和并发症发生率更低,患儿家属的满意度更高,P<0.05;治疗后观察组患儿的血清胆红素浓度更低,且黄疸消退时间和胎便排空时间都明显早于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在临床上对新生儿病理性黄疸进行治疗,采取中西医结合治疗的方法效果更为显著,能够提高治疗的有效率,减少治疗当中不良反应的发生,缩短黄疸消退时间和胎便排空时间,更容易得到临床患儿家属的接受和认可,值得推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of newborn pathological jaundice. Methods Selecting 102 cases of pathological neonatal jaundice patients in our hospital from May 2014 to September 2015 as the research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 51 cases. Children in the control group used Western medicine treatment. The observation group used therapy of integrated medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was94.12% and 66.67%, respectively(P 〈0.05). The observation group in the process of treatment had lower incidence of adverse reactions and complications, and had higher satisfaction of families of children P 〈0.05. After treatment, the observation group had lower serum bilirubin concentrations, and jaundice subsided and meconium emptying time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group obviously, P 〈0.05, and there were statistically significant. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of neonatal pathologic jaundice, therapy of integrated medicine has significant effect, it can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment, shorten the time of jaundice subsided and the time of fetal emptying. It is easier to get clinical acceptance and recognition of the families of children.
