保妇康凝胶联合乙烯雌酚片外用治疗老年性阴道炎的效果分析及护理

Analysis on the Effect and Nursing of External Application of Baofukang Gel combined w ith Diethylstilbestrol Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的观察保妇康凝胶联合乙烯雌酚治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法选择2013年5月—2015年3月治疗的80例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例为妇宝康凝胶联合乙烯雌酚外用治疗;观察组40例为纯西药治疗,并给予科学规范的护理方法,观察2组近期疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康凝胶联合乙烯雌酚外用治疗老年性阴道炎能显著改善老年性阴道炎的临床主要症状及体征,疗效明显,缩短病程。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Baofukang gel combined with diethylstilbestrol in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with senile vaginitis from May 2013 to March 2015, they were randomly divided in-to two groups, 40 cases in the treatment group used external application of Baofukang gel combined with diethylstilbestrol. 40 cases in the observation group used Western medicine treatment, and were given a scientific standard nursing method. The recent curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion External application of Baofukang gel combined with diethylstilbestrol in the treatment of senile vaginitis can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs, has obvious cu-rative effect, and shorten the course of disease.
