化痰理气口服液止咳平喘及通透性药效学实验研究

A Study on Pharmacodynamics Experiment of Huatan Liqi Oral Liquid on Relieving Cough and Asthma and Blood Capillary Permeability

目的评价化痰理气口服液的止咳平喘作用以及对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性影响。方法采用小鼠氨水引咳实验、磷酸组胺豚鼠引喘方法实验进行化痰理气口服液止咳及平喘作用的研究。采用伊文思蓝实验进行毛细血管通透性实验研究。结果止咳实验显示,本品高剂量能显著延长小鼠引咳潜伏期和减少2 min内的咳嗽次数;平喘实验显示,本品高剂量能明显延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期,本品大剂量及氨茶碱组可减少抽搐跌倒动物数量;毛细血管通透性实验显示,本品大剂量具有抑制乙酸提高小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的作用。结论化痰理气口服液具有明显的止咳平喘的功效,并且抑制乙酸提高小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的作用。

Objective To evaluate the relieving cough and asthma effects of Huatan Liqi oral liquid and its influence on blood capillary permeability of the abdominal in mice. Methods Adopting cough experiment and asthma experiment induced by ammonia in mice and histamine phosphate in guinea pigs respectively method to study the relieving cough and asthma effects of Huatan Liqi oral liquid. Blood capillary permeability was observed by Evans blue experiment. Results Cough experiment showed that the group of high dose could significantly prolong the mice cough incubation period and the frequency of cough in 2 min, relieving asthma experiments showed that the group of high doses can obviously prolong asthma incubation period of the guinea pig, the group of high doses and aminophylline can decrease the amount of twitched animals induced by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs, and capillary permeability experiments have shown that high doses of the product possesses inhibitory effected on acetic acid to improve blood capillary per-meability of the abdominal cavity. Conclusion Huatan Liqi oral liquid has obvious effect of relieving cough and asthma, and it can inhibit the action of the acetic acid to improve blood capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity.
