摘要
采用物理模拟的方法,依据光弹性实验对飞机风挡玻璃所受到的应力进行了分析,同时给出了玻璃产生破碎的临界应力值,并在此基础上提出了风挡玻璃在安装和使用过程中可能会产生的隐性安全问题以及对应的解决方法,为避免和消除使用期飞机风挡玻璃安全性隐患、优化安装结构提供了新的思路和技术性建议。
The article adopts the method of physical simulation to analysis the stress of the aircraft windshield based on the photo-elastic experiment, and gives the critical stress value for glass broken. On this basis, put forward the hidden safety problems and the corresponding solutions of the windshield in the process of installation and in the process of using, as well as, provide new train of thought and technical proposal to avoid and eliminate the safety hidden trouble, optimize the installation structure for aircraft windshield.
