摘要
应用能量守恒的基本原理,提供了一种针对落板破碎装置中凸轮曲线的结构优化的方法。该方法通过优化凸轮表面的结构曲线可以减小所需驱动力的峰值,达到减小升降气缸大小的目的。最后,应用MSC-ADAMS工具对落板破碎装置中的凸轮机构进行了实例分析,验证了该优化方法的可行性和实用性。
A structure optimization of cam curves in breaking fallen-plate device was described on the basis of energy conservation law. Optimization of structure curves on cam surface can reduce peak value of required driving force and the dimension of lifting cylinder. Example analysis of cam mechanism in breaking fallen-plate device was carried out by means of MSC-ADAMS. The feasibility and practicability of the optimization were verified.
