摘要
β-锂霞石是自然界中少数具有负膨胀系数的奇特物质之一,同时锂霞石还具有良好的抗热震性、介电性能及红外辐射等特性。将锂霞石与其他材料复合,能制备出具有低膨胀或"零膨胀"的复合材料,以增强材料的体积稳定性,提高材料的使用寿命。因此,锂霞石常被用于制造低或负膨胀陶瓷和微晶玻璃、电气设备、电子元件、器件密封剂的填料、飞机高精密部件、金属基复合材料、湿度传感器敏感材料和锂离子电池固体电解质等。本文根据近年来锂霞石在陶瓷、金属、微晶玻璃以及其他一些领域应用的相关报道文献加以汇总,系统地介绍了锂霞石材料的综合利用现状。
The β-eucryptite is one of the exotic matters in nature owing to its negative thermal expansion coefficient, and characterized by good thermal shock resistance, dielectrical property and infrared radiation. Eucryptite with negative thermal expansion coefficient was usually composed with other materials, then low thermal expansion or zero thermal expansion composite can be produced, whose volume stability of the materials enhanced and service life of materials was improved. So eucryptite was usually be used to produce low thermal expansion or negative thermal expansion ceramics and glass-ceramics, electrical equipment, electronic components, stuffing of device sealant, high precision components for aircraft, metal matrix composite, sensitive material for humidity sensor and solid electrolyte for lithium-ion batteries and so on. According to the investigated results of utilization of eucryptite in ceramics, metal, glass-ceramics and other applications, the progress of utilization of eucryptite material was systematically introduced in this paper.
