This paper expatiated the definition and purpose of 7S on-site management method, discussed and analyzed the application of 7S management method in safety control work in Hongshan Power Plant of Shenhua Fujian Energy Group Co., Ltd., and tried to summarize experience and innovation methods of use to throw light on the further research.
