摘要
针对目前煤矿对采空区积水的超前探测技术中存在的诸多问题,依据长期超前探放水经验及技术探索,发现在井下硬度不同的岩层中长距离钻进时有排渣慢、卡钻、抱钻、钻进速度慢等问题,最终研究采用井下长距离高压风水射流新技术,减少了施工费用,提高钻进效率和钻孔质量,确保终孔层位准确,从而达到最佳探放水效果。
According to many problems that exist in the advanced detection technology used in goaf water in coal mine at present, issues in the long distance drilling process in rock stratum with different hardness under the shaft such as slow deslagging speed, jamming of a drilling tool, wedging of drilling rod, slow drilling speed were found out on the basis of long-term water detection and water release experience in advance and technological exploration, and then new technique of high-pressure blast water jet in the long distance drilling under coal mine was used, which can reduce the construction cost, improve drilling efficiency and drilling quality and ensure accurate final hole horizon so as to achieve the best effect of ground water.
