摘要
叙述了由西山机电厂为汾西煤业高阳矿区生产的ZF8000/17/35型液压支架存在的问题,针对这些问题,基于西山机电厂生产技术条件,提出并分析了对耳座进行的形状优化。经实践生产证明,此项改进不仅降低了职工的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,而且保证了产品质量。投入汾西矿区实际应用,运用良好,性能可靠。
This paper described existing problems of ZF8000/17/35- type hydraulic support used in Gaoyang mining area in Fenxi Coal Industry, and then proposed and analyzed shape optimization of ear base based on production technology conditions of Xishan Mechanical and Electrical Factory. Practical production proved that this improvement not only reduced the worker labor intensity, improved the production efficiency, but also ensured the product quality. Practical application was good and reliable in performance in Fenxi coal area.
