金属有机骨架材料MOF-199的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘要 初步探讨了金属有机骨架材料MOF-199的制作过程,以均苯三甲酸、DMF、乙二胺、GO溶液为原料,通过溶剂热法合成MOF-199材料。结果表明:所制得样品MOF-199材料呈颗粒状,以制得的材料作为吸附剂吸附水溶液中的孔雀石绿,以吸附率为主要评价指标,通过分光光度法测量。结果表明:在p H=8、溶液初始浓度为10 mg/L、吸附剂添加量为20 mg、震荡时间为30 min。 The production process of metal organic framework material MOF-199 was introduced.MOF-199 material was synthesized by trimesic acid, DMF, ethylenediamine and so on. And the electron microscopy was used to characterize the samples. The experimental results show that the MOF-199 material is granular. This material was used as adsorbent to adsorb malachite green in aqueoussolution; its adsorption capacity was determined by UV-visible spectorphotometry. The results show that the optimized adsorption conditions are as follows: pH=8, the initial concentration 20mg / L, shock time 30 min.
