摘要
先对粉煤灰进行改性,经有机废水CODcr去除率的对比,确定氧化钙改性粉煤灰(m Ca O:m粉煤灰为1:1)的处理效果最好。然后对于芬顿体系,初步确定了处理100 m L废水(CODCr为580 mg/L)的二价铁投加量为0.8 g,30%的过氧化氢4 m L,p H为3,震荡时间1 h。再通过正交试验进一步优化各个条件。最后对芬顿-粉煤灰体系确定了粉煤灰的投加量为7 g、p H=10、吸附震荡时间为1.5 h时,处理有机实验废水的CODcr效果最好,去除率可达85%。
Through comparing the COD removal rates of organic wastewater with modified fly ash, the best modifying way of fly ash was determined as follows: mass proportion of calcium oxide to fly ash 1:1. Then process conditions of Fenton system were determined as follows: for 100 ml organic wastewater (CODer 580mg/L), ferrous dosage is 0.8 g, hydrogen peroxide dosage is 4ml, pH=3, vibrating time is lh. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the conditions of Fenton and fly ash system. The results show that, when the fly ash dosage is 7 g, pHffil0, vibrating time is 1.5 h, the COD removal rate can reach to 85%.
