摘要
以苯扎隆为起始原料,经溴化反应,重结晶得到苯溴马隆晶体。该工艺操作简便、成本低,用乙醇作为溴化溶剂来替代以往文献报导的腐蚀性强的冰醋酸溶剂,条件温和、适合工业化生产,总收率可达85%,制得的产品含量可达99.8%(滴定法),单一杂质小于0.1%,优于欧洲药典质量标准。
Benzbromarone was prepared via bromination of benzarone with ethanol, instead of glacial acetic acid. The process has many advantages,such as easy operation, low cost and mild conditions. The total yield of the process can reach to 85%, and it is very suitable for industrialized production. The content of the crystal can reach to 99.8% (titration), single impurity is less than 0. 1%, the quality is superior to European Pharmacopoeia.
