摘要
以辽宁凌源膨润土为研究对象,将其进行铝柱撑改性,并将改性膨润土吸附剂用于含镍(Ⅱ)废水处理。该实验主要探讨了铝柱撑改性土用量、柱化剂用量、柱化剂老化时间、处理时间、处理温度对Ni2+残留量的影响。结果表明:膨润土经铝柱撑改性后,最佳吸附量及柱化量均为6%;柱化剂老化时间48 h,效果最好;废水处理80 min,Ni2+的残余浓度最低;废水处理温度为60℃时,吸附的Ni2+达到最佳值。
Bentonite from Liaoning Lingyuan city was modified by pillaring with aluminium,and it was used in the experiment of adsorption of waste water containing nickle( Ⅱ).Effect of different experiment conditions on residual quantity and removal rate of Ni^2+ was investigated, such as adsorbent dosage, pillaring agent dosage, aging time, treating time and treating temperature. The results indicate that the best adsorbance of bentonite and pillared capacity are both 6% after pillaring, the best aging time is 48 h,the best treating time is 80 min ,and the best treating temperature is 60℃.
