摘要
以化工单元传热过程工艺为平台,对普通套管换热器、强化套管换热器、列管换热器和螺旋板换热器及其不同的组合方式进行了传热实验比较,得出化工单元传热过程传热效果:以螺旋板换热器传热效果最好,强化套管换热器与列管换热器次之,普通套管换热器最差。同时,根据装置的设计特点,指出同一类型换热器并流与逆流、并联与串联的传热效果不同,尤其是换热器换热后余热可以回收与再利用。
Heat transfer effects of common tube heat exchanger, intensified tube heat exchanger, shell and tube heat exchanger, the spiral plate heat exchanger and its different combinations were compared. The results show that, heat transfer effect of the spiral plate heat exchanger is the best, intensified tube heat exchanger and tubular heat exchanger are the second, common tube heat exchanger is the worst. At the same time, according to characteristics of device design, it's pointed out that heat transfer effects of the same type heat exchangers with cocurrent flow or counter flow and series connection or parallel connection are different.
