摘要
介绍了微芯钻头的技术关键、优势及适用范围。微芯钻头的使用提高了机械钻速,较好解决了提速与地质评价的矛盾,为冀东油田地质卡层及提高机械钻速提供了一项新的技术手段。在冀东油田新堡古2平台NP36-3802井开展了8-1/2″T1365A微芯钻头现场试验,在东三段、沙一段地层获得进尺460 m、平均机械钻速7.54 m/h的优异指标,提速效果明显。
The technological key, advantages and application scope of the micro-coring bit were introduced. It helps promoting the ROP, better solving the contradiction between speed and geological evaluation. It provides a new technical approach to define the boundary stratotype and increase ROP in Jidong oilfield. The field trial of 8-1 / 2 "T1365A of micro-coring bit was carried out in well NP36-3802 of new Pugu 2 platform in Jidong oilfield. The footage of 460m, the excellent index of the average ROP 7.54 m / h were obtained as well as remarkable effect of increasing ROP in Ed 3 and Es_1.
