摘要
因检测需要,制定了实验室非标准方法"高效液相色谱法测定熟肉制品中罗丹明B的含量",按照测定方法和程序进行熟肉中罗丹明B的测定,对其不确定度进行分析和评估,并根据评估结果提出使用和改进本非标准方法的建议。
Non- standard laboratory method on determination of Rhodamine B in Cooked Meat with HPLC is developed for the detection. Acorrding to the determination methods and procedures,the content of rhodamine B in cooked meat is determined.Uncertainty of measurement is analyzed and evaluated,suggestions base on the assessment results are proposed for applying and improving the non- standard method.
