摘要 针对深部破碎岩层巷道支护困难的问题,探讨了深部围岩耦合支护机理:二次承载圈通过一次支护锚杆锚固端为一次承载圈提供力源;一次承载圈对二次承载圈的变形进行约束,阻止二次承载圈内围岩进一步破坏;一次承载圈和二次承载圈的协调变形能够压实、强化一次承载圈,释放二次承载圈的部分变形能。通过数值模拟对巷道支护合理性进行验证,结果表明:巷道两帮应力集中现象明显降低、屈服范围大大减小,顶底板和两帮移近量得到了有效控制。 In order to solve the difficulty supporting problems of roadway with cracked strata in deep,the coupling supporting mechanism of surrounding rock in deep was discussed,force resource of the first bearing ring was provided by anchored point of the first supporting,which located in the second bearing ring. The second bearing ring deformation was prohibited by the first bearing ring,the damage of surrounding rock around the second bearing ring was prohibited,the first bearing ring could be strengthen with coordinated deformation of two of bearing rings,partial deformation energy of the second bearing ring was relaxed. Supporting rationality was validated by numerical simulation. The results showed that the stress concentration of two sides and yield scope decreased sharply,roof sag and two sides convergence was controlled effectively.
