摘要
针对现有制作汽车发动机缸体上盖的注塑模具结构复杂、生产成本高、生产效率低、塑件产品尺寸精度低的问题,设计的模具为一模两腔布局。在结构上采用弯销侧向抽芯机构代替液压抽芯机构,采用的大、小斜导杆既能形成塑件的局部形状,又能做推出机构,所使用的耐磨块既耐磨又便于更换。结果表明:制作汽车发动机缸体上盖的注塑模具结构简单,维修方便,降低了大型注塑模具的成本,增加了大型模具的使用寿命,提高了生产率,保证了产品的质量。
In view of complex injection mould structure, expensive cost, low efficiency and size precision of injection mould for automobile engine cylinder cover, the designed mould had one mould and two cavities layout. In the structure, the lateral bending pin core?pulling mechanism was adopted to instead of hydraulic core?pulling mechanism;large and small inclined guide rods could not only form plastic’ s local shape, but also do ejecting mechanism;the wear resistant block was antiwear and convenient for replacement. The results show that injection mould for automobile engine cylinder cover has a simple structure, convenient maintenance. It reduces the cost of large?scale injection mould, increases the service life of large?scale mould, improves the productivity, and ensures the quality of the product.
